Using Taffeta for an Upscale Look

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to set up a small ceremony at Eaglemont Golf Course. Since the ceremony was set up for only 56 guests, we wanted to create a very elegant look. We used Ivory Universal Chair Covers on the chairs. Instead of doing the typical tie with a chair sash we used a Willow Green Table Runner under a Gold Chair Sash. The look was amazing. We also used Champagne Overlays for pillowing down the aisle.

One reason I really loved this set up was because we were able to use items in a new and different way. Typically, our overlays and runners are used only as intended, on top of tables. This was a great opportunity to showcase how they can be used in other parts of your event. Before doing this set up, I would have never thought to use runners as a sash on a chair cover. Nor, use overlays as pillowing down the aisle. I love tying the sashes on the side down the aisle.  So beautiful!
