Skagit Wedding Society Professionals Getting Together to Create Something Beautiful
A Styled Shoot in La Conner
This past spring I had the opportunity to take part in my first ever styled shoot. Together with other wedding professionals in my area, we created a truly unique set up for a styled shoot. This event took place in La Conner at their historic building, Maple Hall.
We set the upstairs meeting room up as an intimate ceremony. Kelly from Country Bouquets Floral did an amazing job of utilizing daffodils from the valley in her arrangements.

Amber from Cheers Wedding and Event Planning did wonderful job at creating menu and place cards for our shoot. She was also the one who got the group of wedding professionals together to put this styled shoot together.

We even had the amazing Roxanne from Xtra Special Cakes create a custom cake for this event. I was so excited when I saw this cake. It was absolutly beautiful. But I also couldn’t wait to try a piece of it. Little did I know, that since this was a styled shoot, it was a fake cake. Bummer!

I was especially excited to use one of my newest products; the Willow Table Skirting. This is the skirt in ivory but is also comes in a variety of other colors. It was absolutely stunning!

It was a beautiful Spring day in La Conner and our vision came together in an absolutely breathtaking display. I walked away from this experience knowing that we truly have an amazing network of wedding professionals that come together and can create any couples vision for their special day. I would encourage any couple in the planning process of their wedding, to entertain the idea of getting married in the Skagit Valley!
Happy Wedding Planning!
