Like most newly engaged couples you are being inspired by the designs that are found on Pinterest. But what is your next step?

Many engaged couples come to us and have a ton of ideas pinned but struggle with how to make it all come together for their own unique wedding at the venue of their choice.

This is our jam! We love taking your inspiration and ideas to create an experience and deign that is unique to your event.

That is why we offer our 1 hour- complementary design consultations at our showroom. When you leave a design consultation at SVWR, you will leave with confidence knowing what your table setups will look like to scale, and a peace of mind that your vision can become your reality.

What to expect at a design consultation?

At the hour long design consultation you will have dedicated one on one time where we will focus solely on you and your dream event.

First we want to get to know you a bit more.

We believe your wedding is one of the most important days of your life and that the entire day should be a reflection of you and your fiance. We might ask about what you two like to do together, how did you meet, what your favorite foods are, if you have pets, what you do in your time together. These questions help us gauge what is important to you and how we can add pieces of your personality into your wedding.

Next we want to see your Pinterest board.

This helps us understand your ultimate vision for your event. Don’t stress if the photos you have pined aren’t exactly what you have in mind. We will take the time to dig in an you can tell us what you love about then and what you are unsure about.

The design process and mock up.

After spending time to get to know you and your design, we will start the fun part. At our showroom, we offer full size tables (60″ rounds and 6ft rectangles) and full size samples of our linen and decor offerings. It is important to us that you feel very confident in your decisions and the best way for us to build that confidence is to offer full size mock ups.

The rest of the design appointment will be spent mocking up different versions of your inspiration until we find the one that feels right for you.

The proposal

At the end of our time together, you will be provided with a detailed proposal to look over and a sense of relief that your inspiration pins are now a real design for your upcoming wedding.

What to bring?

• Any decor items you are planing on using on you tables (i.e vases, favors, etc)
• Access to your Pinterest Board
• Anyone else you would like to have come to the consultation (fiance, mom, friend, etc)
• Information from your venue on what they supply (size and number of tables; other decor offerings, etc).
